While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for every garment, particularly those that are worn, damaged, or structurally limited. We will always discuss the feasibility of requested work before proceeding.

Service availability, turnaround times, and pricing may vary. We reserve the right to decline a request if a garment cannot be safely or reasonably altered.
